-Does it work? Yes it really does give you energy and does help suppress your appetite but not intended to replace a meal or daily nutritional intake.

-How long does it take to dissolve? Depending on how cold the water is it takes about 60-90 seconds for the single tablet to dissolve.

-Why is there a slight white residue at the top of the water after it dissolves? This is merely due to some herbs and appetite suppressants which make and complete the product. This is why we recommend you shake the bottle or stir the water after it has fully dissolved to ensure proper distribution.

-What are the small particles left at the bottom? The minimal sediments are caused by some of the proprietary blend of natural herbs and ingredients of the tablet and are not harmful. However if any they usually settles at the bottom.

-How much water can I use for one tablet? We recommend 12-16 ounces of water. However, depending on your taste preference: you can use 8 ounces or 24 ounces of water. People over the ages of 30-35 tend to like it more bland and may prefer to use 24 ounces or more. Regardless; the more water you drink the more hydrated you get and it is known to be good for you.

-Where can I buy EFFER-THIN? On Line or at Natures Powers in Encino. We will be offering them at some select retail stores, sports clubs and gyms in Southern California. You may also find single samples in some of the Los Angeles Service stations and convenient stores to try first.

-What does it taste like? It tastes like a refreshing energy drink with pomegranate and berry flavoring.

-Can I mix it with any other drinks or juices? We designed it to be dissolved in water but you are welcome to try it in other juices or soft drinks. We do not recommend mixing it with alcoholic beverages. Also, note that if you mix it with carbonated beverages the effervescence of the tablet may amplify causing the drink to overflow...

-Can I chew them? They are fairly tough tablets and are designed to be dissolved in water and not chewable. They are not to be swallowed.

-How many per day can I take? One in the morning and one the afternoon is ideal but do not exceed 4 per day or before bedtime.

-Are there other flavors? For the initial introduction we have the one Pomegranate/Berry flavor. But more flavors will follow soon.

-Why does the liquid not stay pink and turn and orange color when left overnight or for some period of time? We are using natural colors that are intended to be stable only a short period of time in solution. The product is intended to be prepared and consumed as soon as it is prepared.
